We have had multiple calls from clients who had read about the threat of EEE in New Hampshire so we called the NH State Vet's office for an update on the situation. At this time there has been one human death, three positive and one possibly positive horses. We do recommend boostering any horse, camelid or emu whose last vaccine was more than 6 months ago.
Use appropriate fly repellant and monitor animals for lethargy, fever or neurologic signs. If you have any concerns please call the office.

A reliable recall is a must whenever you have a dog! One of the best ways to encourage this behavior is by playing a "catch me" game with your pup. To do this, run a few steps with your dog, say "come" or another verbal recall, stop, and then reward them with a treat or a toy.
