The more they practice the better they will be! So get out there with a long leash and get your recall on! So go one make some SIT happen!

Anyone looking for a smallish dog? Dottie - She was the dog that was found at the state park. She deserves someone’s couch with all the love and pets. She is fully vetted, spayed, flea & tick prevention. Will go on contract that if they can’t keep her she comes back to me (she will not go to a shelter) lifetime of free boarding. People and dog friendly. Kids 8 and up. She has barked at small children (thinking she has just never seen them before) older kids no problem. Fenced yard because she like to roam or lots of land to roam (she knows where home is and comes back) i will have her microchipped before placement. She kinda shuts down on leash and will lay down. This can be worked on. Crate trained.

Welcome to Cane Bay K9

My name is Tanya and I’ve been a resident of Cane Bay for over four years now. I’ve lived in the Charleston area since 1996. During that time I was professionally trained by a company here in the Charleston area to do in-home dog training via different types of methods and also to handle behavioral issues as well as puppy issues like house breaking etc. I saw a huge need in the Bay for a dog trainer and decided to put my skills back into use. My belief is that all dogs are different, you can’t use just one way of training a dog. You have to be able to work with the dog and the owner to find a way that works for them and will fit training into their lifestyle. I look forward to talking with and meeting all the pups in the bay and their owners as well.
