Animal Health Center We’re a mixed animal practice dedicated to friendly, quality care for dogs, cats, horses, and more! We are open Monday thru Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm. Thank you.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday. In case of Emergency please call the Emergency clinic in Rochester 507-424-3976, or the one in Apple Valley 952-953-3737.

The humane society that serves our area is low on some items. Consider helping if you can ☺️🙏

We are dangerously LOW on cat litter and our cat and kitten numbers are dangerously HIGH. If you are out shopping and feeling generous, we could really use some litter for the shelter. Any type or brand is ok.

We do lots of laundry here at the shelter and our stock of laundry supplies is running low too.

Donations are always appreciated, and you can find our regular wish lists from Amazon or Chewy right on our website.

Check out this 48 hr old baby alpaca, called a cria, enjoying rolling in the grass! His name is Atlas and he was weak at birth but his dedicated owners have worked with us at the clinic to help him feel better. Apparently alpacas love rolling in the grass just like dogs 😍 we think it’s beyond cute! Another adorable baby from Red Gate Alpaca Farm.

This young beautiful grey kitty had a big day… She’s a stray who got caught in an engine fan belt. One of her legs and tail were damaged beyond repair and amputated today. She’s a true survivor and full of love despite how tough her life has been. She’s looking for a home and will make a wonderful family member. Let us know if you’re interested.
