Boarding and lessons. Horses have spacious sheds to sand paddocks to live in 24/7. Seasonal grass turn-out. Opening for a boarder; 2022 early spring.

Complete horseback riding and pleasure driving facility. 14 acres of fields, large sand arena, show jump and cross country courses. Direct access to miles of hacking in woods, fields, dirt roads and paths along the Merrimack river. Quiet setting on a back road. Maximum 6 horses on property managed by owner/trainer, Robbie Bailey, who resides there. Robbie is a lifelong horsewoman with an extensive

eventing background. Full board available paddock to run-in's ($600). Separate and outside grooming/riding prep stations to keep a safe distance. Lessons and coaching available for boarders and those leasing. No beginner lessons. No lesson horses. Pleasure Driving training from the ground up for Very Small Equines (miniature horses and small ponies). We ride and drive for pleasure and ride outside the arena as much as possible. BOARD OPENING- Full board in paddock to run-in with seasonal grass turn-out. Canadian hay fed on mats and drop down feeders in sheds. Poulin grain. 14 acres, lots of room to groom and tack up inside the main barn or outside on hitching posts and wash rack. Large outdoor (no indoor) and trails. Only have maximum of four on property. Sand paddocks and grass pastures are picked daily. We don't do mud. Low key: no longer do camps and shows, no jump courses. Partial equilease available (the paint). Our Story

CURRENT NEWS; One opening for boarding October 1, 2020. A fellow driving enthusiast would be welcomed with open arms.

Maximum six horses on property managed by life long horsewoman, owner/trainer, Robbie Bailey, who lives there.

Complete Care board available in paddock to run-in's, ($550 per month). Seasonal grass turn-out. Horses and ponies live in pairs in a central courtyard for a safe, herd like lifestyle. They have many small hay feedings through out the day or are on grass. Clean, fresh water tanks, with deicers in cold weather. Lessons and coaching with your horse or pony are available from Robbie. She also offers Pleasure Driving training from the ground up for Very Small Equines (miniature horses and small ponies). We ride and drive for pleasure, do many trail rides and ride outside the arena.
