🍲🍲🍲SOUP TIME🍲🍲🍲
**I have this cooking now. Smells really good. Overcast day, a little cool outside. Good day for a hot bowl of soup.

🥰🥰Thank you to Susan Harris for blessing us with another great recipe!

🥦🥦Broccoli Cheese Soup🥦🥦

Ingredients
●4 cups Milk
●4 cups Chicken Broth
Heat in large soup pot till hot or in crock pot
●1 pkg chopped Broccoli (2 cups fresh)
●1 cup grated Carrots
●1 cup Water
Cook in sauce pan till tender.
●2 sticks of Butter
●¾ cup chopped Onion
●1¾ cup Flour
●1 lb Velvetta Cheese

Sautee Onions until tender and add Flour. Stir until smooth. Add to Milk mixture and whisk until smooth.

Add Velvetta and drained Vegetables to Milk mixture and stir. Heat on low till hot.

Now serve and enjoy. Save the leftovers
and serve over Baked Potatoes the next night.
