We’re finally starting to recover from pushing so hard to get everything fully functional the last couple weeks. And it definitely couldn’t have happened without friends! A couple days ago I highlighted Scott, today I wanna give a shout out for how amazing Joe is! Though Todd and I were walking zombies over Thanksgiving we still felt so grateful. Joe pushed himself to exhaustion completing project after project after project! …after project after project! Holes in walls, drains in floor, outlets, timers, vents, motor wiring. I’m probably missing something. Joe, it’s your own fault if you’re tired, maybe you just need to not be so awesome at everything! 😉 I am so lucky and grateful to have a friend who’s not only a professional, but incredibly skilled too!

Things have been happening at a whirlwind pace and I’ve gotten behind in posting! Today we are thankful for our friends who are helping to make our dreams come true! Here is our friend Scott helping Todd with panel and insulation installation. We also wouldn’t have been able to frame a decent structure without him either! Thank you Scott!

This is one of our favorite ways to eat our mushrooms! Cheap frozen pizza instantly transforms into a gourmet delight! All we do is toss the fresh mushrooms in some olive oil, spread over frozen pizza, bake as directed on pizza packaging! That’s it! Comes out perfect every time!
