No shows and last minute cancellations have been a huge problem for me lately. I am very understanding when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, even with no shows I always understand things happen. There have been days I have had to reschedule too so I ALWAYS try to be as understanding as I possibly can. I absolutely hate having to charge a no show fee but unfortunately if I don’t I am completely out of the money for the time slot that was booked. If I am given a notice before your appointment that allows me time to fill your spot.

Thank you for understanding, I love all of my clientele and fully understand things happen in life that we don’t always have control over!
I am not mad at anyone for no showing or last minute cancellations, if I could get away with letting it slide every time I absolutely would but unfortunately I can’t. 🩷
