BridgeMill Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-house surgery suite, in-house digital x-ray, a closely supervised hospital area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor wooded walking trails. We strive to offer sound advise along with the best veterinary care possible. To make quality veterinary care for your dog or puppy more affordable, we have recently introduced a comprehensive wellness care plan. Convenient monthly payments will allow you to spread out veterinary costs while providing your pet with the best possible veterinary care for a full year! We also participate with CareCredit and ScratchPay which helps clients to pay for larger procedures, such as costly surgeries, in payments instead of paying the cost up front at one time.

Today is #NationalTellAJokeDay! Now, we've heard that laughter is the best medicine, and while we don't know if that's true or not, it doesn't hurt to try! Comment your favorite animal joke below and we can all laugh together!

This month is #catnipawarenessmonth. Please be sure to talk about catnip and it's usage with your cats. If you won't, who will? In all seriousness, catnip is perfectly safe for cats, and many of them love it! Pistachio has a catnip stuffed banana he just loves! And it's always amusing to us to watch them play with it!

Here's a video of our dear Dr. Alvey trying out the virtual reality game! We think he did a pretty good job!

This curious kitty is "Eliza" and belongs to one of our employees here at Bridgemill Animal Hospital. She discovered the tank full of fish the other day, and was just so cute we had to share!

Now that it's FINALLY starting to get warmer, Pistachio would like to remind everyone the importance of excercise for both dogs and cats! Exercise keeps their joints healthy and helps keep their weight down too! Plus, it keeps them from getting too bored so maybe they'll take a nap and leave you (and the furniture) alone and let you get some spring cleaning done! (Or take a nap. You deserve it!) So get out those catnip mice, that feather toy they love, or some tennis balls and a leash and get active! Don't forget, it's always more fun to exercise with a partner so don't be afraid to go running with your buddy! They'll love it as much as you!

Pistachio will do just about anything for treats! But look how cute he is in his little costume!
