Did you know that the week after July 4th 🇺🇸 is the busiest time of year for lost pets? Pets frightened by 🧨💥 fireworks go missing more at this time of year than any other.
🖐 🛑 STOP RIGHT NOW and make sure that your pet's microchip information is up to date. 🐱🐶
Your lost pet can only make it home again if a finder can contact you!!
🏠 ❤️ 🏠
And if your pet is not microchipped remember that and there is no need for an appointment. There is still time this Tuesday or Wednesday 10am-5pm!

Did you GUESS MY BREED?
Hazel was adopted and the family ran a DNA test and shared the results with us.
The shelter guessed a Pit Bull mix.
Just goes to show.... our breed labels are just GUESSES like yours!
We wish that we didn't have to use them in our database, they are all SUPERMUTT SHELTER MIXES to us, and most of all they can be the sweetest pups ever!!

If you have had your pet DNA tested and would like us to use the results for our game, please private message us!

What do we need most❓ PAPER TOWELS right now‼️
With all the extra animals coming in we are doing a lot more cleaning. We use paper towels all day everyday and everywhere in the shelter!!
We can also use some dry dog food in the community pet food pantry. 🐶🐕🐩🐾

This is our "summer" wish list - we tend to use these things a lot during the summer and we stock up for the rest of the year. And as always you can also find a more specific wish list on Amazon.

Say hello to Justice! This sweet boy is in need of a special home. He has tested positive for heartworms and has begun treatment. He is available for our a FOSTER to Adopt program in order to complete his heartworm treatment in a calm, lower stress environment. Adopting this kind of special needs pet is not for everyone, it requires a unique caregiver or an extraordinary family.
