Turnout is generous, using 4 grass pastures which are rotated, seeded and fertilized on a regular basis. All fencing is vinyl and poly coat, horse safe fence. Your horse will go out with a small group of no more than 2 other buddies which he will get to know from an adjoining pasture beforehand. Barn is open air style, with removable clear panels to block winter winds but still allow excellent air

flow throughout the barn. Each matted stall has a window, ceiling fan, and insulated buckets to keep water cool in summer and ice free in winter. A central fly spray system keeps everyone free from annoying insects. Aisle is concrete and the wash racks have both hot and cold water.
