🛑 As many of you have heard there is a new viral infection going around that is affecting dogs. Here at Dog Gone Gorgeous we have increased our cleaning protocol and use an approved cleaner that kills these viruses. We are taking precautions and double checking all dogs upon entry for any signs. If a dog arrives at the shop with signs of the virus we are sending them home. We do not board or have daycare at our shop so there are much less customers entering which decreases the chances of infection. We will continue to do our best to keep everyone safe!

⛄ It’s the most wonderful time of the year, but the holidays also bring busy schedules and limited availability. To ensure that everyone is able to get their desired service, time and date we are implementing a cancellation policy.

▪️Dog Gone Gorgeous now requires 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments. We completely understand things happen out of your control, so no fees will be charged for the first canceled appointment. For the second canceled appointment you will be charged a $25 fee. Third timers will be charged 50% of your total service amount.

▪️After the 3rd time you will be required to leave a credit card on file in order to pre-book any appointments. The next no show or last minute cancellation will result in the full amount of services being charged to the card.

▪️We appreciate your time and consideration as we implement these changes. Please reach out with any questions regarding our policy.
