🐾Creature Comforts is looking to hire an **experienced** dog groomer! (No, we are not able to train anyone)
🐾Must have a year or more experience working as a groomer and have relevant work references.
We need someone who can groom small, medium and large breeds. (XLG breeds and cats optional)
🐾You will be required to bring a dog in with you for a working interview, showing that you can bathe, dry, trim nails and do a haircut properly to be considered.🐾
This would be part time to start, building up to full time as we fill up your schedule. (Pet grooming is always in demand).

🐾Friendly dogs only, must be comfortable being handled for grooming! We do send dogs home for signs of aggression, nipping/biting.🐾
Our business hours are Monday - Friday
8:30 - 4:30 (sometimes 4:45-5:00 depending on how the day goes). By appointment only.

🐾Update: I have started putting some dogs on my schedule recently. I am having to keep my schedule lighter than usual for awhile, as I have found that I am very sore from holding/carrying the baby all of the time and from not doing my usual activity for 5 weeks.
I am doing my best, but only scheduling a little as I go until I feel like I can handle more normal work days.
I apologize for the long wait, surgery and a baby who wants his mom around the clock has been more challenging than my first two children were.
🐾To clarify my last post, you may need to have someone else do one groom to hold you over until the next one. I hope to have you all back on your regular schedule as soon as I am able! 🐶

I know there are many of you wanting to have your dog groomed.
I didn't book anyone because I knew there could be variables that would affect when I could start working again.
👉Many of you will probably need to find someone else to do a groom on your dog during this waiting period. 👈
I will be starting back with my every 6 weeks or less small haircut dogs and with bath dogs when I am physically able to.
I cannot commit to a date yet.
I have 180 ish regular clients at last count.
I just had surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago so medium and larger **haircut** dogs will be waiting for some time before I can get them in again. Medium & large bath dogs will be added back on when my husband is able to walk normal and wear shoes again *reminder, he had surgery also.*
Please be patient waiting for me to contact you if you would like an appointment still.
