SALES POLICY

Please Read if you plan on purchasing a rabbit from us. Thank you!

With the purchase of rabbit(s), you are agreeing to our terms and the following policy:
We have the right to refuse any sale, at any time, for any reason.
In order to hold a rabbit, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. We cannot guarantee you a rabbit without a deposit.
The purchaser has 10 days to pick the rabbit up from an agreed location. Any holds requiring longer than 10 days is based off of a case-by-case basis and can be terminated if the purchase refuses to pick up the animal.
If the purchase requires transport, it is up the them to schedule and pay the transporter.
We will NOT release any rabbit without payment paid in full.
If picking up from us directly, we only accept cash as payment. If you are paying online, we only accept Venmo, cash app and paypal. PayPal however must be paid as friends and family only. If the buyer decides to cancel the sale; the deposit or if paid in full, will NOT be refunded and we will relist the rabbit for sale.
Your rabbit is guaranteed to be healthy and of good temperament , unless otherwise stated, to the best of our knowledge. Accepting the rabbit confirms you agree that it is in a healthy condition and of good temperament. We will not be held accountable for your rabbits health once it leaves our care due to stress on the animals and the differences on how people offer care.
Show prospects mean that the rabbit is free of any disqualifications in regard to the ARBA Standard of Perfections for the breed. It does not guarantee that your rabbit will win or place at any show. All brood rabbits are sold for breeding purposes. Pet rabbits may be sold due to disqualifications or does not fit within the Brood or Show Prospects categories.
Show or Brood rabbits sold will be supplied with their pedigree and transitioning food. Pet rabbits will sell without a pedigree. These animals should NOT be bred. They will come with transitioning food.
If your rabbit passes while in transport, we are not responsible for refunding any payment, rather it be the transport fee or price you paid for the animal.
S*x of the rabbit(s) are guaranteed, but rabbits are difficult to s*x so it is possible there could be a mistake.

Just a friendly reminder even though I have bunnies available, they are not good Christmas gift if you don't plan on keeping them till they die. A stuffed animal is so much better cause when you are done with the stuffy you can give or donate it to another person.
