We unfortunately found a deceased brown tabby adult female cat on the corner of north Scott and veterans drive in front of Shamrock auto collision. We are holding her for now in the event someone claims her. We did scan, she has no microchip 😢

Update: owner found

We unfortunately had a drop off of a male, intact orange adult cat with a skull collar that was most likely hit by a car and did not make it. The Carbondale police picked him up around 92 Fallbrook street. If this cat belongs to you let us know, we will keep him. He had a skull collar and was clearly loved 😔

Miss Lulu came in for a check up today! She is a wonderful dog who has her moments with Dr. B, but that’s ok! Dr. B LOVES her 🥰🥰 and her wonderful owner! Look at that sweet face!!

Molly wants to make an unfortunate announcement. Regrettably, due to the increase in people coming in and not paying, we need to alert people that payment is expected in full. People have refused to pay bills when we’ve allowed billing. Even in our short time being open. Sadly, a few bad seeds will ruin it for those who honestly will pay their bill. We’d love to accept payments, but if we continue as such, this small family-owned business won’t be in business for the long haul. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We are back! And we have a new addition. He has cerebellar hypoplasia just like Maci, but quite mild. We need ideas for his name!! He comes to us as SpaceMan Spiff (Calvin and Hobbs reference) and we aren’t sure if it quite fits him. What do you guys think? He’s super friendly, loves everyone and runs around like a torpedo before passing out into a little ball!

Our Momma cat aka Sardina (she came to us with sardines and smelled of them hence the name 😂) had her six beautiful kittens!!! We are beyond excited to watch this wonderful momma take care of these little babes 🥰

Apollo and Eva! These beautiful shepherds have been clients of Dr. B for a long time! They are always so much fun to see and are incredibly well behaved. But that’s not just because they are super smart! Their owners exercise them CONSTANTLY and that is extremely important in these working breeds. As Dr. B always says, “A good dog is a tired dog!!”

Dr. B is out of office this morning taking our own clinic kitties to see the brilliant Dr. Hassinger at Northest Emergency and Referral center about their little legs! She will be back in the office this afternoon. Sometimes referral is necessary even for our own clinic cats!

Some dogs ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT to go to the vet. Molly is one of those dogs. SHE LOVES THE VET!! And Dr. B and staff love her just as much ♥️♥️♥️ She’s a super excited chocolate love who is perfect for her exams 🥰
