Found after being hit by car on HWY 37 between Monett and Pierce City. She's currently at the Animal Clinic of Monett and looks to have had puppies recently. A good Samaritan has stepped up to cover her initial examination. She is currently waiting to be evaluated by the vet. UPDATE: This good girl left the shelter with a rescue partner.

43240 is a 44-pound female labradoodle, 1-2 years old. She was found in the 3200 block of E Sunshine with a cherry eye.

My dogs got a hold of a mother opossum last night that had a litter of babies. She has not come back since it happened. I now have about 12 baby opossums around 4-7 wks. I don't know what to do with them and need help.

This poor boy, Maverik, has clearly had some tough times during his year of life. He's a skinny 32 pounds, but it's easy to see how handsome he'll be once he's in better condition. He has adorable floppy hound ears and the kindest eyes! He's so scared, but his Haven friends will help him trust people. We're happy that there are only good times ahead for this guy and look forward to the day (not yet but soon) that he can leave us for a wonderful family who will love him the way he deserves to be loved.

Hello, there! I'm Remedy, an adventurous 8 month old Blue Heeler mixed girl, weighing in at a sprightly 35 pounds. With my zest for life and resilient spirit, I'm ready to be your faithful companion. My story is one of triumph over adversity – I've been saved from being euthanized not once, but twice! Despite my rocky start, I'm grateful for the chance at a new beginning and eager to fill your life with love and joy.

I'm proud to say that I'm house trained, though I'm still learning the ropes when it comes to being calm in the kennel and mastering leash skills. I get along with dogs of all sizes, however I haven't had the chance to meet cats yet, I'm open to making new furry friends. I'm also good with older children, though my boundless energy might be a bit overwhelming for the little ones.

I need a home with at least a 4 foot fence – no apartments for me, please! Whether as an only dog or alongside other furry companions, I'm adaptable. I already know basic commands like sit and come, and with your guidance, I'm sure to learn even more. With my high energy levels, I'm seeking an active family who can keep up with my playful antics and provide plenty of opportunities for exercise and adventure. Sound like a good match?
