We're Hiring!

SEEKING: Fulfillment and Shipping Supervisor at $25.00/hr.

This position would involve reviewing the daily orders, printing out the necessary shipping labels, packing each box, and completing the deliveries. Additional responsibilities would include management of Idahound’s finished product inventories and shipping supplies, as well as re-stocking and cleaning the fulfillment area.

Duties:
- Reviewing and organzing orders placed by customers.
- Ensure accuracy in label application, box construction, and shipping processes
- Packing orders with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
- Delivering orders to UPS at the end of the work day.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with staff to maintain stock levels.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all shipping activities using Excel.
- Ensuring compliance and quality controls with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Skills:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in shipping/receiving within a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive a work van

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Processing Specialist (part or full time): $16-18/hr DOE. Responsibilities include basic meat cutting and food processing, loading dehydrators, pacakging finished products and general cleaning.

BENEFITS (all positions): 10 personal days (unpaid) and 8 holidays (paid). Additional PTO accrual of 5 days after 1 year (10 days after 3 years, 15 days after 5 years). Weekends off. Idahound discounts.

Meat cutter (full time): $18-20/hr DOE. Responsibilities include skinning, quartering, and deboning sheep, beef and rabbit. In addition, this position will also assist with caring for livestock, grinding recipes, loading dehydrators, packaging finished products, and general cleaning.

BENEFITS (all positions): 10 personal days (unpaid) and 8 holidays (paid). Additional PTO accrual of 5 days after 1 year (10 days after 3 years, 15 days after 5 years). Weekends off. Idahound discounts.
