Robbie & Kenny Irving were both able to attend the National Potato Council Summit in Washington D.C last week. Robbie attended the PILI in 2015 and Kenny is a member of the PILI class of 2023. The opportunity to attend helps develop excellent leadership skills to be successful in the potato industry.

Maine was well represented by our own Irvings as well as Danny Deprey & Darrell McCrum of County Super Spuds. Dominic Lajoie of Van Buren is the outgoing NPC President and has provided Maine agriculture the opportunity to be seen and heard at the national level.

Thank you to the Maine Potato Board, Jeannie Tapley, and Don Flannery for nominating Kenny and providing the opportunity.
