Hello to all of our guests and furry friends!! I just want to start by saying we appreciate you all more than we can even say and are so grateful for all of the loyalty you have shown us over the years!! However due to all the last minute cancellations and no show appointments, we have no choice but to implement a new cancellation policy. We need at least a 32-48 hour notice for all cancellations. It makes it possible for us to get another appointment made in the place of yours, otherwise the groomer who was supposed to take care of your pet, looses out on an entire appointment for the day and it really puts them in a bad spot. So please give us a call even if we aren’t open you can leave us a voicemail and I will get your message, and give you a call to reschedule. Unfortunately if you cannot give us notice we are applying a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price on your groom. If it continues to happen you would then have to leave a deposit to have any future appointments with us. The deposit would go towards your pets groom if you make it to your appointment, if you do not, it would be forfeited. I apologize for this inconvenience, we have just had so many no shows or very last minute cancellations. We completely understand things happen and we will do our best to be lenient.
