🐾 Meet Matilda – Looking for Her Forever Home! 🐾

This is Matilda, a brave little kitten who came to us as a stray with a severely injured and infected eye. After lots of love and care, she’s made an incredible recovery! Though she may never regain sight in that eye, it doesn’t slow her down one bit. She is playful, full of energy, and incredibly affectionate.

Carlisle PD picked up a VERY nice young adult dog this morning. She looks like a white German Shepherd dog, but talks like a Husky 😁. She is in good body condition, is wearing a flea/tick collar and a green and red collar. Please call Carlisle City Hall if this sweetie belongs to you.

What a beautiful day for Pumpkinfest 2024! 🎃We loved seeing all of the wonderful costumes and people who visited our “Trunk”.

We are so impressed with this sweetie! He went on an outing to the Des Moines Farmer’s Market this morning and was AMAZING! He enjoyed every minute of love he received. He did great with everyone he met - babies, kids, adults, big dogs and little dogs!
He’s vaccinated, neutered and housebroken. Please call the clinic if you’re looking to adopt the best dog ever!

We love this little poodle mix! She’s sweet, playful and loves to be held. Shes around 6 years old and is up to date on vaccines. She’s ready for adoption, so let us know if you’d like to meet this cutie!

Thank you to everyone who shared and liked our post about the Aussiedoodle! He was adopted by a wonderful family this week!
We have another awesome dog up for adoption! He is the sweetest old man and just needs a family to love him in his twilight years. He loves cuddles and playtime. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines and potty-trained. We ❤️ this guy! Let us know if you’d like to meet this sweetie.

We have some amazing dogs up for adoption at the clinic. This cutie is a young, happy and sweet Aussiedoodle. He is neutered and up to date on all of his vaccines. He loves to be loved. We have a very nice dog here that the police picked up as a stray overnight. He’s an older boxer wearing a blue and grey collar. He is neutered. Please contact Carlisle City Hall if he’s yours.

Miss Biscuit is a sweet little tiger cat that needs a quiet home. She’s skittish and doesn’t like to be picked up or held, but she loves being petted. She is afraid of strangers. But once she gets to know you, she is very sweet and likes to give kisses. She is a professional biscuit maker. She puts her entire body into her craft. She marches back and forth making biscuits while she’s being petted, and will make biscuits at the sight of a friendly face. She prefers affection over food or play. She’s been spayed, she has all of her shots, and she uses the litter box. We can provide vaccination information to her new family. We need your help finding this Husky’s owner. The dog is super sweet, is well-groomed and is in great shape. He came in wearing a harness. We are sure he has an owner and we’d love to get him back home!

Carlisle PD picked up another stray dog today. He was picked up at Hwy 5 and 165th. He is intact and not microchipped. Please call Carlisle City Hall if he is yours.

This very sweet, microchipped, 2 year old cat is missing. She was last seen southwest of Randleman Ridge on July 19. Her left ear is shorter and more rounded than her right ear. Her owners are offering a reward if found. Help us get this cat back home.
