We are excited to announce that we can now be reached through text message! We also will be sending appointment reminders though text to those whom we have cell numbers for. We are currently booking appointments an average of two weeks out. If you have specific dates you'd like to request, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We encourage advance booking for your next appointment as our schedules are busy and we may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes. Don't forget that we have a no-show and less than 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

With a heavy heart we announce the passing of Minnie, one of our cherished Gray's Grooming Greeters and family member. Our family and her 'little' brother Timber will greatly miss her presence.

It has been brought to our attention that a local daycare facility has had an outbreak of kennel cough among their client's pets. We ask, as always, that everyone be aware of their pet's health before bringing them into our facility and other places that dogs frequent. If your pet is experiencing any of the below symptoms, please contact us to reschedule their appointment, we do not implement cancellation fees when the health of a pet is involved. As always, we are keeping dogs from different households separate and cleaning all surfaces before and after a pet comes in contact with them. Our job is to protect everyone's pet while in our care. If there is a question about your pet's health please direct it towards your veterinarian, they are always the best point of contact when a concern arises.
