We’re beyond excited to welcome Brian Martveli to our team! 🐾 With 7 years of experience training dogs and running his own company, Canine N' Company, Brian is an expert in tackling reactivity and aggression in dogs. 💪

Brian has traveled all the way from Kansas to join us, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him on board. 🙌 He’s not only a pro, but he’s also a proud dog dad to a 5-year-old GSP and a 2-year-old Border Collie—both of whom are incredibly special to him! 🐕💖

🐾✨ The Power of Fostering: A Heartwarming Story ✨🐾

A few weeks ago, a wonderful group of volunteers from North Carolina visited St. Francis Farm to meet some of our animals and lend a helping hand. Among the many stories, one stood out that truly shows the magic of fostering. 💙

A caregiver at the farm had been trying to find a local foster for two sweet Aussies, Hank and Merle. But she hadn’t found the right person—sometimes, you just have that gut feeling when something is meant to be. 🙏

Leah arrives, one of our amazing volunteers. She spent some time with Hank and Merle, and it didn’t take long for her to fall head over heels in love! 💕 Anyone who knows the Aussie breed understands how unique and special they are.

After a few days of chatting and making arrangements, Leah decided to take the leap and foster Merle. And let’s just say, we were all over the moon with excitement for both of them! 🎉

So far, things have been going wonderfully! Merle is thriving in her new foster home, and she even has a playmate to keep her company. 🐾

This is just another beautiful example of how fostering saves lives and creates magical new beginnings. A big THANK YOU, Leah, for opening your heart & home to Merle! ❤️

Meet Ava 🐾

Ava came to us from a heartbreaking hoarding and abuse case through our local animal shelter. Despite everything she’s been through, she’s showing us just how strong and resilient she is. ❤️

We’re still unsure about what’s going on with her back legs. X-rays didn’t reveal any broken bones, and our vet has recommended laser therapy along with continued care at the farm to see if we can help her improve. So far, so good—she’s making slow progress, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed! 🤞

Ava has already stolen our hearts, and we’re committed to giving her the best shot at a happy, healthy future. To help accommodate her needs, we’re looking for a few items that would make her journey a little easier.
