I often encounter folks who don't understand why their rescued dog didn't just come home and settle in right away. Have patience, lots of patience because sometimes you don't know what they have been through at at best they are now in your home and they have to have time to adjust.

Haven't posted lately shame on me! I've had Max here for the past week. He gets up every morning at 4:45am. I am not a morning person so this has been killing me. I can't express how tired I am. Max is a really good boy other than being an early bird. He is going home later today. But Javk just arrived he is the Yorkie. I'm takingvhim to the park to meet Ollie the other male Yorkie I care for. Jack has been coming to me since he was 6 mos old. He is very smart and also a good boy.tomorrow Luna the ti y Maltese is arriving. I've posted her before. Another little doll!

Wow how time flies! I had one dog after another stay with me over the past 5 weeks. Sometimes I forget what day it is😄
Right now I have Lizzie the Corgi who was suppose to be here for 9 days which has turned into 2 1/2 weeks. Mon traveled by plane to Texas to visit her Mom over Mothers Day. She ended up getting Covid and then her Mom got it too. She is well now and her Mom on the mend so she will be back end if the week. A cute little girl by the name of OM (correct spelling) came yesterday she cried a lot when Mommy left but has adjusted very well. Other dogs who have been here lately ,I'm just posting photos of lest my post get longer than it already is so till next time Keep those tails waggin!

Lizzie joined the party last night. She is just recovering from a terrible eye infection. She now has nerve damage (the Dr's think) so her eye is drooping. She is still beautiful I told her this morning. Luna is going home sometime today but never fear tomorrow Kojo comes. I have dogs here until the 21st then I get a break ...after I disinfect this place as two of them have regularly been p*eing in tge house. Luna does always use a p*e pad but Charlie is another story
