Yes! RUFFined Pet Care is bonded and insured with Pet Sitters Associates. Pet Sitters Associates has been providing pet care businesses with insurance since 1998. Full details, including incident and annual limits, are available upon request. Just ask!

"What happens at the meet and greet?"

At your 30 minute meet and greet you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will review my service agreement and I will make sure you are comfortable using my online booking software.

Most importantly, I will spend some time getting to know your pet(s) and will ask for detailed instructions for their care. You will also be asked to show me where all pet food, bowls, crates, toys, medicine, and cleaning supplies are located.

Finally, we will go over how you would like me to enter and secure your home. You will also be asked to provide a copy of a key to the home, even if the primary method of access is via a code. I ask for a key so that there is a backup in the event of a power or mechanical failure.

"I'm interested in your services. What's next?"

Welcome! The first thing to do after you decide you want to use my services is to create and activate your Time to Pet account. Time to Pet is the online booking platform I use for collecting information and scheduling services. Visit the Book Now page on my website and follow the link for a new client. After you create your account you will receive an email with a link to activate it. Once it's activated you will be asked to update your personal information, provide an emergency contact, read and sign our service agreement, and provide information about your pet(s). This should only take a couple of minutes altogether.

After you have finished setting up your account you may start requesting services. Click on the "Scheduling" button in your Time to Pet portal and then look for the blue rectangle that says "+ Request New Service". Select the date, service type, and preferred time of day for your service (or services). After you review and submit your request I will be notified.

The last step is to book your free meet and greet visit. Your meet and greet must occur before your first service. You may book your meet and greet online or contact me directly to schedule this. I will contact you directly to confirm the time for your meet and greet visit, and we will go over everything else you need to know then!
