We spay/neuter, nurse back to health, vaccinate, HW test, micro chip (includes activation) and love the companions until a home can be found. We are a small rural rescue in the middle of a low income community. Donations are few and far between so donations are greatly appreciated. Our adoption fees are $125.00 and up. Your adoption fee goes back into to the funds to continue saving animals.

Update: 1/8/25
Hatty is doing great! She is thriving with her foster Mom.
Once she is well and spayed she will be a full fledged member of the family.

Update: 1/5/25
Hatty was able to go home with her foster mom… who happens to be a vet tech, we are still short a little over $400.
We still have to get her Spayed and tested for heartworm as well as Microchipped.
We can not help these innocent souls without support from you, no donation is too small.
All donations are tax deductible.

Oak Ridge will be performing Hatty's surgery, a crucial step towards healing as her leg will need to be amputated. Unfortunately, there was too much damage and too much time had passed. We did, however, discover that she had in fact been shot, a testament to her resilience as she has buckshot through her body. We have named her Hatty, a sweet and affectionate soul who gives the best hugs. She will undergo surgery tomorrow morning and will be under observation until Monday. If you would like to make a donation towards her treatment, it can be done at Oakridge Animal Hospital (580) 357-4525 for RBCW Hatty.

We are desperately trying to save this young lady!
She is at a shelter and has a broken front leg, she will get the leg taken care of.
She will do a two week quarantine at the center, then we need a foster home, she knows her basic commands.
We cannot take in more animals without foster commitments.

Are you upset about shelters euthanizing adoptable animals? So am I. Instead of blaming others, let's focus on finding solutions. We often make excuses, like not having time or our pets not getting along with others. However, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. I once knew a foster parent who initially hesitated but eventually took in a mother animal and her babies. The truth is, we prioritize what we want to do. If we choose inaction, we cannot criticize those trying to make a difference. Let's work together to create positive change for these animals. Foster, adopt, VOLUNTEER, spay and neuter . If you are not part of the solution, then you are the problem
