Don’t forget!! This Saturday I will be at tropic fish & pets from 12:30-2:30 doing walk in nail trims, ear cleanings, a**l gland expressions, paw pad clean ups, & more!

This is a walk in event!
•Please have all pets leashed or in arms/carrier for kitties.
• if your pet is aggressive with other dogs/animals we can set something up privately!

One of my biggest things is growth. Constantly learning new ways/techniques, better equipment, safer/more friendlier approaches to things. GROWTH is important. Looking back at grooms from 2022-2023f(when I really started hair cuts) I am so proud of where I have come from being completely self taught with some online schooling! And so THANKFUL for all of you who have came to me from the get go knowing I was new and improving and being so patient. These are just 2 years apart, just some small examples that I looked back on today.
My first ever hair cut on a doodle to my hair cut today and last week, a Westie hair cut from 2023 and from just last week, and those wiggle butts that I try so hard to perfect! The last picture (LOVE ARI!!) is the same Aussie who is the most perfect dog and who is so patient with me. I love looking back and knowing I am bettering myself as time goes on! ❤️

Let’s talk about the importance of bathing your cat or sending your cat to the groomer!
• bathing helps remove dirt, debris, parasites, dander, dust & loose hair
• just like us, pet hair contains dander, oil, and dirt from outside, around the house, around their humans, and more. Washing that hair keeps it healthy & clean!
•reduce hair shedding
• matting
•allergy management or skin conditions
•litter paws!! Cat litter contains dust, strong odors, untreated wood pellets that could result in splinters or allergens, crystalline silica (a component in clay litters that can be harmful when Inhaled), and sodium bentonite (a clumping agent that expands when wet and could be harmful if ingested).

Of course not all cats LOVE baths. And it can be not fun at all! lol but getting them used to a schedule makes it even easier! Ted here is not thrilled but he is clean & knows he gets treats!
