Get to Know Our Client Service Representatives!

Surely you have met Sue. Her face is the first you see when you walk in the building and her voice is likely the one on the other end of your phone call. She loves being the first to spoil your pet with treats and extra attention! Something you might not know about Sue is that she enjoys singing.

Robin joined the VAC family last December. Her laughter is contagious and can be heard all throughout the clinic! She greets all our pet patients with a bright smile, but has a soft spot for bulldogs and frenchies. When not at work, Robin enjoys photography.

Our client service representatives keep our appointments running smoothly and our lobby cozy and inviting. Their calming demeanor helps the entire team stay focused and efficient. We would truly be lost without them. ❤️
