We know the past few weeks we have been preparing everyone for a switch in systems. After much thought , time, and consideration of all aspects we have decided we will no longer be doing that. Too many tools that we use daily we’re going to disappear. The company who owns both systems are not linked together as we were led to believe.
We will be sticking with our usual system!
You will be able to continue to book your pup’s stay with us the same way as you always have been able to.

You can either create an account or existing clients can log into their account using the email we have on file.
From there you can submit booking requests, make sure all your personal information is up to date, and make sure all your pets information is up to date! You can also see updates / photos we post of your pet(s)!
When you submit a booking request you will either get an email saying it was accepted or you will get an email saying it was put on our waitlist depending on the availability we have!
You can change things such as your pet's vet, feeding schedule, health notes, etc!
This process will make your drop off faster along with making sure we are 100% up to date on all your pets information and needs!
📧 Please note that email is our biggest form of contact! You will get emails regularly regarding your pets vaccine records , booking details, stay details etc.
