We love seeing every wagging tail and curious kitty at the clinic—but to keep visits safe and stress-free for everyone, we ask that all pets come in on a sturdy leash or in a secure carrier.

Dogs: A regular leash is best. If you only have a retractable leash, please lock it short before coming in.

Cats & small pets: Should ride in a carrier—unless your cat is leash-trained! In that case, a secure harness and leash work perfectly.
If using a carrier and need a hand getting your pet from the car? Just call us once here, and we’ll come help!

⭐ Checkout Reminder ⭐
To make checkout smooth (and keep tails from tangling), please stay in the exam room until a team member tells you it’s time to go up front. When you’re at the counter, use the hooks under the desk to hold your pet’s leash—your arm will thank you! Staying put also helps us avoid a traffic jam at the front desk, so everyone can check out without stress.

These little steps go a long way in preventing accidents—whether it’s an open door, a nervous pet, or a surprise encounter with another furry friend.

Meet Reese, one of our amazing kennel techs! Reese has been with us for almost a year and loves working with animals — especially helping them feel safe and comfortable. At home, Reese has a full crew of adopted pets, including dogs, cats, and even a sugar glider! 🐾 Outside of work, you’ll usually find Reese with a good book, sipping coffee, or hanging out with her furry family.
