If you are scheduled for an appointment today (Saturday) through Wednesday, please expect delays in turn around time as it is the busiest week of the whole year. I will text when they are ready, promise 😉

If you would like to be on the waitlist for this week, please text the online booking number - and type “waitlist” in your text to 9284150986, it will help keep those who are on waitlist in one place.

Also, any last minute cancellation (within 24 hours) and no shows will not be able to be rescheduled without $25 fee per pet.

Thank you all who submitted a client intake form! That helped tremendously not having log over 600+ clients into my new software. So here is the booking link you have all been waiting for! There are still several clients I do not have full info for and they have appointments booked, so right now when you go to click a time slot it will send a request to me and I will accept or deny. I have some appointments booked but aren’t in my software because lack of client information, so those slots are showing available online.
FYI it’s pretty booked before Thanksgiving, so if you need before Thanksgiving, text me and I’ll see where I can put your dog, especially if it’s a bath only service!

I’m so excited to have this to help clients book easier! Feel free to text me if you can’t find a date that works and I’ll see what I can do to help!

‼️‼️ ONLINE BOOKING… coming soon ‼️‼️

Okay everyone, I am very close to having the online booking up and running, but.. I need your help again filling out a new client intake form! Using a third party software is very new to me and I have very specific ways I am wanting when it comes to clients booking their own appointments and the last software wasn’t going to allow me to customize what I needed.
So please take a moment to create a new client contact card for your pets. I apologize for the inconvenience but this will be a much easier way to schedule in the future and I am thrilled to be on board with this, just need a little grace to get the wrinkles ironed out to make it an easier process for everyone!

It’s official busy like holiday busy! Now that we have told my son, in December for his 18th birthday we will going to Denver, CO- so I wanted to get my calendars up because I highly recommend getting on the schedule if you aren’t already since there will be quite a few days I will be closed for December!

I will be taking appointments on a few Sundays to help make up for a few closed days
11/3, 11/24, 12/8, and 12/22, otherwise I am not open on Sundays regularly.

🎅 Santa will be here 11/17 1:00-3:00pm, still have a few spots! 🎅

Please bear with me on how long it takes for your appointments- I like to stay close to 2-2.5 hours turn around time for 1 dog, but I have several multi-dog families, sometimes the dogs before your appointment might take me longer due to coat condition and/or behavior so it will put me behind. I cannot match time it takes for someone to run errands, eat lunch, etc so please bear with me!

If you need your dog finished by a certain time, please make your appointment time one of the earlier ones in the mornings so I can get them out quicker and communicate the time you need them by. But I promise I will text when they are ready, and as soon as I can get them finished!

Texting is the absolute best way to communicate with me for appointments, I usually return my texts at the end of the day. Please allow 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule so that I can fill your spot promptly!

Bad weather is out of here thankfully, and I hope everyone is safe- I know our neighborhood is without power, but my shop has power and I’ve had several cancel for today- so I have some open availability- please text 7705487335, and I would need the dogs here by 9:15 today. With being closed for fall break, it pushes my schedule out even further so if you need last minute appointment today only- text me!

I hope all is well! Just wanted to give a little update since I haven’t in a while!
1️⃣-First I want to say, thank you all so much for the constant referrals and rebookings. Every appointment is putting my dreams into place I’m so thankful for every opportunity to be your groomer! I am living out what I prayed for many years ago!
I am staying at least 10 days booked, possible longer for big dogs or families with multiple dogs! I can usually squeeze in short hair bath dogs quicker- It is highly recommended to pre-book your next appointment - now that the weather is getting cooler, a lot of clients are booking closer together to keep their pets in longer coats, so my schedule is filling up quickly, especially my Saturdays!

Please keep in mind appointments Are 2-2.5 hours average but could be longer - it’s likely for me to get behind with matted dogs or dogs that just take more time

🧳 I will be closed Sept 29- Oct 2 for my kids fall break! 🧳

I am trying to get everyone on same platform for booking, and texting 💬 is the best way! I can’t answer the phone while working, so I’ll return texts/calls by the end of the day. I don’t answer text or calls at 1am 🤷🏻‍♀️ or really anytime between 8:30pm-7:30am so those will be answered at the end of the next day as well!

Again, friendly reminder to book out especially if you have certain days around the holidays for parties/trips you want them fresh and clean for!

Today has been ONE whole year of being a store front shop! I can’t even begin to say how blessed I am of the love and support that has backed my business! I am thankful for the trials and errors- although some brought many gray hairs and tears, they have helped shaped to where I am. But I couldn’t thank yall enough every recommendation- every post- every comment- every rebook- I am thankful for every part of this business that has made my dreams come true!
