Located in Carthage, TX. 903-693-2877 Impoundment facility for Panola County and the City of Carthage We have a 3 day hold period for owner surrenders.

We are a holding facility for the City of Carthage and Panola County. We take in strays from all over the county free of charge with approval from the area you live in - city or county. We do take in owner surrenders, however there is a $25.00 charge per animal surrendered. Again, we are a hold facility - we do try to adopt out animals, but stray animals come first.
