We ❤️ Pupdates!

This pupdate has us crying happy tears again for beautiful Barbie, now Delilah!😭❤️😭 Delilah had languished so long in our shelter, to the point of depression. When a wonderful family came running to her rescue we were overjoyed. When they officially adopted her, we were completely over the moon!!! We’re grateful beyond words for our wonderful fosters & adopters!!! If you can be a Hero to one of our beautiful long-term dogs please come visit this week! Sweet, Sweet Max. For over a year we’ve promised our beautiful boy that life will begin again for him outside these dark shelter walls. We’re clinging to our promise. Can you please help us help him?? Max is loyalty & love on four paws!!! He will be an amazing companion! Max is friendly with everyone he meets, dog friendly, cat friendly, adoring of all humans! He’s playful & smart! His temporary foster reports that he is potty trained and seems to be crate trained. He never deserved the awful fate of languishing in a shelter for ONE YEAR PLUS…💔💔 We are continuing waived adoption fees. Please help our wonderful Max. Soda

Everyone meet Soda! Soda came into the shelter this past May by animal control. She was a terrified new mom. She swat, tried to bite, just to protect her babies. We didn’t know if she would remain feral, or come out of it. Now look at her!! She’s a super affection girl, though still cautious for a second until you begin petting her. She just melts into your hands. LOVES belly rubs. She is now looking for a calm, loving home to spend the rest of her days in comfort. She so deserves it. When adorable Marley first came to the shelter over SIX MONTHS ago, she so was terrified that we had to carry her in & out of her kennel for outside time. She was in rough shape and needed extra care from our medical team. She’s come a long way since then!😍 Her skin has healed and as you can see, her heart has healed as well…❤️❤️❤️ Marley is a joyful, playful silly girl who will be a wonderful family pet. Beautiful Paprika has been waiting many months for her special someone. That’s why we’re incredibly grateful to Ridgeline Roofing & Solar for gifting our sweet girl with a sponsorship!!! Paprika cheered her sister on when she left with a new family. Now it’s Paprika’s turn! Paprika is timid, but loving and gentle. She’s the perfect medium size to fit in with any dog loving home!! Post Amputation Lumi

Lumi had his osteosarcoma amputation yesterday. He stayed over night at the vet for observation. Today he came back to the shelter and as you can see, he’s doing great! He doesn’t want to relax and take it easy he wants to be up bouncing around. 🩵🩵🩵

🆘FOSTER HOMES NEEDED! These precious puppies were found abandoned at Kellog Lake. The shelter is no place for puppies with little immunity. We need temporary foster homes until they’re ready for spay/neuter surgeries. We will provide everything you need. You provide the love & TLC! Must go in groups of two or more.
