Mom’s visitation is 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 2, at Knell Mortuary in Carthage.

Services are at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 3, also at Knell Mortuary. Graveside services will follow at Fullerton Cemetery, south of Carthage.

In lieu of flowers, please consider an Amazon gift card to a favorite teacher, help clear their Amazon wish list, fund a donors choose project or donate to the school lunch program to feed our children who may be trying to make it through the day without nourishment to keep them going.

Mom began her career as a kindergarten teacher, and remained an educator all of her life.

Dad has posted. I think his post sums it up well.
My momma died last night.

Dad’s post
“Had a good visit with Judy yesterday morning about 10 she said she wanted to take a nap. About 1 Saint Luke's called and said they sent her to Freeman she was unresponsive. About 6 she went home . She put up with me for 54 years. But now she is pain free.”

My thoughts.
She’s out of pain. It’s really been eight years of pain, but now she’s free.

We are making plans now. I’ve tried to call or text people but if I’ve missed you and you are seing this, I’m sorry. Frank brought me home and I slept last night. Writing the obit in my head because, well, Chad Stebbins taught me well 30+ years ago.

Please keep my family, especially my daddy, in your prayers. 54 years is a long time to journey through life together.

Well William Hutson has come a long ways with Sliver this year from getting hurt last year at AHCA National's to getting back on her to ride again may not be completely coftable on her yet. But has spent time working with her on the ground for in hand 2 division in AHCA and that has paid off with a 1st place in that Division this weekend at Eagle Ranch
