This curses tree is a flying dragon (poncirus trifoliate). A sort of wild citrus, very cold hardy but taste like a bitter hell. It does make good rootstock for grafting though!

With so much genovese , one can make a lot of . Some with the recipe to try:
- substitute Italian basil for another species
- try something else than pine nuts
- add spices
