Garlic is available in SweetPro lick blocks and Fresh Start meal to support repelling horn flies, face flies, lice and ticks. Unlike IGR fly control, garlic is not fly-species specific or EPA-regulated. Once garlic is ingested, the non-metabolized active ingredients are excreted via the breath and skin, surrounding the animal with a garlic “shield” which repels a wide variety of biting insects. Garlic also supports the immune system.
Note: Garlic is not recommended for lactating animals where the milk is to be consumed or sold for processing.

It’s time to beat the flies! EquiPride meal and EquiLix blocks are available with garlic for fly control.
