Pecan Pie Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Pecan Mixture:
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup caramel topping
- 1/2 cup salted caramel topping
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups pecans

Cake Topping:
- 1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix (or White Cake Mix)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan with baking spray.

2. Pecan Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the lightly beaten eggs, brown sugar, salted caramel topping, caramel topping, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Fold in the pecans and stir until evenly combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

3. Cake Topping:
- In another bowl, mix the cake mix and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the cake mix crumbles evenly over the pecan filling.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F until the top is golden brown. Allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes.

5. Garnish:
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed or halved pecans on top. Drizzle with salted caramel topping.

Notes:
For an extra touch, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

Today we visited a local preschool to teach the kids how to gently brush their pets! It was a fun experience for all. I don't know who had a better time the kids or Tiffani and Blake ☺️
