Each week, our Ireach 2, Inc. friends have been lending their talents to Urban Tails — helping prep meals, refreshing our scent spaces, learning the basics of pet care, and even mastering our floor-cleaning machines. Along the way, they’ve been building real-life employment skills and gaining hands-on experience that supports personal growth and confidence. They’ve also had the chance to meet and work with some of our pups, adding joy (and plenty of tail wags!) to their days and ours. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and kindness bring so much heart to UT, and we’re grateful for every moment with them.

You may have seen Bre around Urban Tails with her cool, calm, collected energy — the kind that instantly puts both pets and people at ease. As one of our Lodging Counselors, Bre brings a compassionate, steady presence to every guest she cares for.

Her understanding of dog body language is remarkable and deeply intuitive. Bre has an incredible ability to read subtle cues, create a safe environment, and help each dog feel understood. She’s thoughtful, driven, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every pet in her care feels comfortable and supported.

She’s our resident entomologist — the fearless spider tamer, bug wrangler, and “protector of the staff from creepy crawlers” when no one else will go near them.

Our Day Camp pups were serving major fall energy while enjoying their dog-approved PSLs — that’s Pumpkin Sniff Lattes, for the uninitiated. And yes…whipped cream was absolutely involved. 😉
