This one is the one Dawn Guye of Lavender Fields called a “WOW” buck, so he really is something! I’m keeping his brother, Hissan, which is the one Ashlyn Guye liked. I did just the opposite with my chocolate carrier tort bucks, so we’ll see how good this goes! 😂

Beaumont is one I’ve gone back and forth on many times trying to decide whether to keep him or his brother, Hassan. This time I’ve decided to choose Hassan. So if you’re looking for a really nice REW Buck, this is your chance. Beau has excellent width from shoulder to HQ, great bones, is well balanced, has great texture and nice density to his wool. He poses up nicely and won one BOSV at his last show. Unfortunately there were only 4 bucks, so no legs yet. The more I look at him the harder it is to let him go. Please send me a PM if interested.

Cassie is an amazing doe. I’ve had several people want her, but Aaron was first to ask, so he got first option at her. He has been waiting very patiently since he first saw her at convention in October, so I hope she does exceptionally well for him. Cassie is wide from shoulder to HQ, yet compact and well balanced. She has wool for days that has density and texture that is simply outstanding. She didn’t lose much wool at all after her first litter, but sadly she’s lost a lot since her second. I hope she grows it back for him. But she has left me with some beautiful kits and is an exceptional mama too, so I’m expecting him to be thrilled with her!

First posing attempts. These kits are a repeat breeding since round one only produced us one. This little is two bucks and two does. The little black doe is super tiny. All it wanted to do was climb up in my hand. She can pose, but would rather be held. She’s the only one with a name so far. 😂

The lighting in the photos is horrible but Spud really is black. This little guy did good at his first show last week. He still has a bit of separation to go but his wool is pretty spectacular. For as small as he is, he is really wide. I love his body, ears and wool. I am looking forward to showing him more.

Hilal will arrive today at his new home at Wooly Pride Rabbitry in Minnesota. He’s a really nice buck. He has great width, really nice wool, is compact and pretty much ready to show. I showed both his brothers, and they both did well. I decided not to show Hilal, but to give that honor to his new owner. I hope he does beautifully for you Alex!

Ares is a super nice buck. He’s compact but built really solid, he has extreme width from shoulder to HQ, is smooth to the table, and has wool that has excellent crimp and density. He will become my shaded brood buck when I’m done showing him. I expect Ares to stay a while!

Bud is a super cute coby buck with amazing wool. He has a little more to go on separation, but I think he’s gonna be a real looker. He has excellent width that carries all the way through and is smooth to the table. He poses up naturally and has perfect little ears placed nicely on his head. Zuri is a really nice little buck. He’s got amazing wool, both in texture and density. He has consistent width from his shoulders to hindquarters, has good bones and is well balanced. He has won three BOSV awards, but sadly there were only 2 REW exhibitors that day. He’s obviously ready for the table and I’m hopeful he’ll be a great addition to someone’s herd. Sadly, I just don’t have enough space to keep him and decided I should move him along while he can still show well for someone else! Please PM if interested.

Quora is an amazing little doe. She is super compact, yet has nice bones, is well balanced, has good width from shoulder to HQ and is smooth to the table. Her wool is superb with amazing density and texture. I’m loving this doe so much! She was my early pick of the litter and I’m so glad I chose her.

Urara is a beautiful doe. She has amazing wool, with both great density and texture. She has good bones, is well balanced, coby bodied, is nice and wide from shoulder to HQ and smooth to the table. If I had space for another REW doe, Urara would stay, but sadly I just don’t have the space. I’ve decided to go ahead and part with her now and provide someone else the opportunity to grand her.

We had the best time at the New River Rabbit Club Double Open and Specialty Shows today in Blacksburg, VA. It was one of the better run shows we’ve been to and had super nice awards! I think I did okay with my little ones, but the best part is always showing with some dear Lionhead friends!

His sire, L&D’s Sun n’ Sand was BOSB at ARBA Convention 2022 and sired the doe who won 3 top prizes at 2022 Lionhead National shows, including BISS and BIS. He is a nice cobby buck, with solid width from shoulder to HQ. He has been a great breeder and has produced for me some really amazing kits. Chloe is one of my first kits kindled from show bunnies. Her mama rejected her and her brother, so we had to hold mama down and make her nurse the babies 2x per day for several weeks, making sure they got nice full tummies. (I should note here that with the next litter mama did perfect.) Chloe’s brother, Shadow, went to a pet home in CO while Chloe went to VA and was on the show tables for a while. She later came back home to me. She wasn’t bred until recently and I was concerned she would never kindle. After a couple of misses/lost kits, I thought I’d have to let her go as a pet too; but she succeeded today! I’m so thrilled. And she’s nursing them! I just can’t even!!! 😍 She’s still such a beautiful girl. I’m praying these babies do good!

I put Luna and Herb together before realizing Herb was shaded. I got 3 kits from that litter. I sold the other two (both very nice kits). But Ares is my “wow” buck. This guy is amazing. I love his wool. I love his type. He is compact but built like a little bulldozer. I can’t wait to see what his future brings! I guess sometimes “oops” breedings do pay off! 😊 The wind played havoc with his wool so the photos don’t do him justice!

Halo is an outstanding buck. He is built like a little linebacker, with nice wide shoulders and hips to match. He has nice tiny ears that are placed perfectly on his head. He has super nice wool and poses up nicely. I love this guy! He’s got a lot of separation to go, but I’m okay with waiting to show him as a senior.
