After much consideration we have decided to cancel the roping this weekend and any other events until further notice. We have to do our part to be a responsible producer and put everyone’s safety ahead of fun at this moment. We are incredibly optimistic this will be over soon and we can all return to our normal lives, but your safety and ours has to come first. In the meantime, enjoy your family, enjoy the fresh air, stay safe and we will be back before you know it. (The cattle might be a tad chunky, but so will the rest of us!😉) Thank you all for your support, we appreciate each and everyone of you.

A friend posted this this today. It’s very sad what is happening today in this world. The hate and contempt is staggering. Decent human beings seem to be a rarity on social media.

When we were kids our parents didn’t discuss politics. They didn’t discuss doctor appointments and ailments. They didn’t discuss prescriptions. They didn’t discuss religion. It was assumed and socially correct to keep those matters private so as not to upset society. To end divide and racism. It was a social standard to keep the peace. These topics were understood to be DAMAGING.

My politics and beliefs are NOT your business. My medical condition is NOT your business. My Religious beliefs are NOT your business and you don’t GET TO DECIDE my SOCIAL or even HUMAN VALUE based on any of the above because ITS MY PRIVATE BUSINESS
