Ok Soiled to Spoiled family and friends I’m doing a little survey! I’ll be printing one up and handing them out in the next few days as well but I wanted to post here and get feedback back as well! Be honest and let’s see what you all think!!

1) Would you be interested in ONE on ONE grooming here at Soiled to Spoiled? This would mean that your fur kid would receive ONE on ONE time with their groomer, way less kennel time if any at all, less wait time, and the attention given to them would not only strengthen their bond with their groomer but also enhance their grooming experience making it more positive for them! This experience would dramatically cut down the fur kid traffic in the salon, which means to compensate the dollar amount loss we would need to add $20 onto these ONE on ONE sessions.

2) Would you like ONE on ONE grooming to be allotted to just a few days a week, while keeping the rest of the days running like the normal salon days with stacked dogs? Ex: Monday & Tuesday (ONE on ONE = 9 am - 11 am slot for one dog for Krystal, 9 am - 11 am slot for Nichole, 11:15 am - 1:15 pm slot for Krystal & 11:15 - 1:15 pm slot for Nichole) then the rest of the days would run normal as they do now.

3) Are you interested in small fur kid sitting? We would have play pens, toys, interactive time with your fur kid during the work day while you are busy!

4) Are you interested in taking some self help seminar classes? We would host them in the salon and we would go over all the basics hands on with you! From de-matting, nail cutting, ear hair pulling and ear cleaning, to teeth brushing and the importance of “what’s that smell about?” We will have you covered!

Hey soiled to Spoiled family and friends do I have a deal for you!! During the weekends that I work (yes I’m working specific weekends) I’m going to be offering $5 Al a cart deals! That means for your fur kids nails to get cut, ears cleaned and teeth cleaned it’s only $5! This deal will be going ONLY on the weekends that I’m working and ONLY during certain times! Hey Soiled to Spoiled family I wanted to reach out with some exciting news! As of this Sunday we will be resuming mobile nail trims! That’s right we are back, and every Sunday we will be available for your fur kids mani and pedis! Give me or my husband Kyle McMillan a shout out and we will get you on the books! $15 per fur kid! Ok friends and family, here at Soiled to Spoiled we are now on the search for a part time groomer to be added to our family! We need a person that is experienced and knows what they are doing, has the love and compassion not just for dogs but cats and all other animals that walk through our door. As a groomer we can not guarantee a number of dogs per day, and we pay per job (per dog and the groom price or bath price) and someone willing to see this position for more then just a job but a home away from home! The person will also need to be willing to help expand and bring more clients in, and help with fun prizes and deals going on in the salon! If you think this position sounds like something that would fit you and your life style please send me a message and we can go from there! We will need a resume, a list of references of both people that know them on a personal level and clients that can speak on their behalf. A back ground check will also be talked about! Thinking of doing a few extra things at Soiled to Spoiled! Let me know what you all think plz!
1) open up a small dog boarding area
2) hold basic beginner grooming classes
3) hold a do it your self paw event (people would come and learn how to; de mat, brush out correctly, nail trim, ear cleaning and ear plucking, and possible calming techniques) This can all be done over live video!

Just a reminder everyone: At soiled to spoiled tomorrow on Valentine’s Day we are doing free nail trims from 9 am to 3 pm!! We are full on grooms & baths, however we can accommodate for very small dog baths (Yorkie’s, chihuahuas ) small ones like this. Welp here is another PSA announcement because disgruntled workers are a thing, even if they leave on their own accord. I ask everyone to please please look past what is or has been said in the next few days from the previous bather that was with us and talk to me about any and all accusations she is making. It’s heart breaking when people have to react a certain way due to anger or home issues. Please be kind, don’t pass judgement quickly and know that maybe there is some other issues that require a professionals help when people react this way. 😞 I hope the best for her and her family!

Hi everyone, friends and family, and Soiled to Spoiled family as well...this is a PSA announcement. It has been brought to my attention there are a few people that have some complaints in regards to our salon and how we run it. I am not saying at all that these complaints are warranted or even truthful in any way shape or form, however I feel it is my responsibility as the owner of Soiled to Spoiled Grooming and your friend that I make myself available to answer all questions related to concerns, complaints and even questions in regards to this post. I will not bash anyone publicly, but I will discuss things with whoever needs to reach out to me personally and talk about this situation. Please remember I have never and never will allow anyone to come into my salon that has harmed any animal in the past or present. I love all my clients and the fur kids, and I hope this post helps settle minds that are at need for this.
