Attention Everyone:

Due to us losing over $500 for no show, same day cancelations just for the month of October, we will be implementing a cancelation policy.

* No show, cancelation within 48hrs of your appt time will require deposit before we will reschedule. Once we recieve deposit, we will then reschedule. Deposit will go toward the full price of grooming BUT is Nonrefundable in the event you don't show, no call, or cancel.

I really hate to do this but just like everyone else my groceries, my electricity, rest of my bills are not cheaper than anyone else. No I have no other income coming in, this is my job. Like most people who work it takes 2 to make a living.
Again, I truly hate to sound mean, but if this continues to happen I will be looking for other work. We have always tried to accommodate everyone schedule as well as our own. We love all our customers and each furbaby that comes through our door. Please understand we are trying to be fair to everyone and not trying to single anyone out (because $500 isn't one person).
Thank you to all our customers and to all who have been with us from the beginning. We want to grow but we are going backward this month. Thanks for your understanding!
