KP Corral I travel the US to find the most beautiful, smooth, well built, safe, sound and calm horses possible. I test them for quality, then guarantee them to you.

In a nutshell I realized there is a massive lack of good looking well built and great minded trail horses in the western United States. I look through all the crazy, ugly, lame horses and deal with all the crazy horse people selling them to find simply, the best. Once I find "The Best" I take the horse and do things that scare the hair off of most horses to make sure that my horses can handle most

any situation you put them in. I tune them up so they are responsive to a advanced rider. They all leg yield, side pass, turn on the haunch and forehand as well as open gates before I sell them. I am a super honest, blunt person so you will know everything I know from spending months riding that horse daily. If you buy one of my horses, you will know what you are getting yourself into. I guarantee that the horses are as advertised or I will take them back in a given time period. This page is to update you on the training of my horses as well as to inform you on what trials and tribulations they go through before I consider them "bombproof" or "beginner safe". For example, they will be put through the rockiest most technical terrain, cactus, water, mud and muck, be hauled to new places at least bi-weekly, go camping, go swimming, be ponied, pony other horses, be ridden by advanced, intermediate and beginner riders, stood up on, ridden backwards, be ridden ba****ck, jumped, sacked out and tarped, ridden in large (~15 horses) and small groups, be exposed to motorcycles, big trucks, cars racing by, people, dogs and horses running up to them. Basically madness. They will also probably ridden through the In n Out drive through. Don't judge me their animal style burgers are irresistible!

I am THE WORST at keeping up this page. This past summer was glorious in Colorado and Wyoming. I am getting more and more into Friesian Sport horses due to their amazing temperaments and versatility. They are actually excellent trail horses as well! Here are some photos of what we've been up to. Wilderness, fox hunting, dressage and jumps!

Oh MAN have we been having fun! Riding in the wilderness in New Mexico and now Colorado. We have seen numerous elk and bear as well as accidentally taken some deer trails! We lived through it and the horses were superb! What a treat to get out of the heat and go new places with my favorite horses!

We had a fabulous time in Tombstone! My 3 year old blue roan gelding, Pl***oy was unbelievably brave. Drifter , my 8 year old palomino paint had a man hop on him who he'd never met and lead the entire ride fearlessly. Cassidy my big husband packing blue roan packed a 6'4" big boy all over and ended up riding into a bar with me before the day was over. I was so proud of them! They are all coming up for sale soon!

We have been having a glorious time riding all over Patagonia, Az. Yesterday we had two new experiences where two jets flew REALLY close to us and we're breaking the sound barrier so it was VERY loud. Myself and two other riders clenched up and braced for the worst while all 3 horses calmly walked on. Also two baby deer jumped up less than 5 feet in front of us from the tall grass and bolted away and my horses just looked at them and kept on walking. They are increadible. I love them so much for saving my butt 24/7!

We've been having grand adventures in Utah! There are ATVs and slot canyons everywhere! We met up with a random group of 12 amazing women and Prince and I went on a grand walk trot canter gallop really intense technical mountainous trail and Prince (an 8 year old AQHA gelding) was FANTASTIC!! We got this photo along the way.

Well I've sure neglected this page! Since I've posted here we've gone horse camping all over California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and the Grand Tetons. Friends flew out or drove to meet us and hopped on my tolerant horses and off we went!

This horse posted here is Nic, an 8 year old APHA one in a million horse. He is so safe pretty much anyone can ride him and take him anywhere. He is reining and cowboy dressage trained as well. He adores children and as you can see will let me pile them on him! He is an incredible trail horse and isn't afraid of much of anything. He nickers to me when he sees me, comes up to the gate and pleads for scratches and hugs. He's worth his weight in gold. I've had him about a year now and am sad to let him go!

What an awesome trip with Smokey and Nic it has been so far! We hauled out of Arizona to beat the heat and now are in Oregon soaking up the cooler weather and rivers!

Bruce going through very technical trail

After many days off Bruce and Parkie were champions on a very technical trail. Assume everything is 2-3 feet higher then it looks as it was filmed off a horse.

Bruce gets attacked by a tarp and jolly ball.

Bruce and Parkie were so good in the middle of the Gila national forest (3 million acres) on a cliffy trail with intense Rocky obstacles. You can't tell because of the perspective but there are 2-3 foot drops off on this and the logs are about a foot and a half high. Parkie did a 28 mile ride the day before!
