💔 S.O.S Donations needed for new Outcast Boy 💔

Meet Roy, a 9-month-old Great Dane who has already endured more pain and neglect than any animal ever should. Since he was just 4 weeks old, Roy has lived with a large hernia that was left untreated by his owner— a condition that caused constant pressure and pain every single day of his young life.

A month ago, when his previous owner finally took him to a vet, it was discovered that his bladder had herniated into his scrotal sac. Instead of getting him the help he desperately needed, the owner declined treatment — even admitting to the vet that they would forget to feed him often. Humane Law Enforcement was then notified by the vets office and are handling the legal aspect of Roy. Our job is to care for him.

Roy suffered in silence. He grew weaker, thinner, and sicker. By the time authorities were notified and intervened, he had lost over 20 pounds, his body emaciated and his spirit barely hanging on. When he arrived with us after six long days at PSPCA, the team at Crown Veterinary Specialists immediately worked to give him relief — pulling over a liter of urine to ease the pain and completing diagnostics to prepare him for surgery.

Today, Roy is finally getting the chance he’s always deserved. He will undergo a major, lifesaving surgery to repair the hernia and have a gastropexy to prevent future complications. This is an extremely complex and costly procedure, especially for a dog his size — but it’s his only shot at a pain-free life.

We may never know the full extent of what Roy has been through, but we do know that his suffering ends now — with your help.

🚨 We need your support more than ever. Surgeries like this cost thousands of dollars, and our medical fund is stretched thin. Without your donations, we simply cannot continue rescuing dogs like Roy.

💙 Please, donate today to give Roy a chance at the life he’s been denied. Every single dollar matters. Every donation brings him closer to healing.

Let’s show Roy that love is stronger than neglect — and that his days of suffering are finally over. 🐾

Today is a big day for two of our pups!

First, our sweet Fritter Critter is heading in for surgery to repair her palate. We’ve waited a long time for this day, and we’re hopeful for a smooth procedure and gentle recovery. Fritter is truly one of the happiest little souls you will ever meet. She loves everyone and everything (except leash walking!) and her joy is contagious. If all goes well, we’re hoping she’ll be ready for adoption in just a few weeks.

Also, our little mini Poodle, Thor, is having his surgery today. Thor came to us at just 8 weeks old with a condition called hypospadias, meaning his genitalia did not develop typically. After several months of waiting, testing, and monitoring him as he grew, it has been confirmed that Thor is indeed a boy. Today, his underdeveloped s*x organs will be removed to ensure he can live a comfortable and healthy life moving forward.

If you would like to donate to their care, please visit our website at www.outcastrescue.com or click the link below to donate.

A huge thank you to Dr. Charlie at Stockton Veterinary Hospital and their amazing staff for taking such good care of our babies today.

We’ll keep everyone updated on their recovery. 🖤🐾

Meet Basil 🐾
This handsome little man came to us after his previous owner developed allergies and could no longer care for him. At 8 years old, Basil is ready to enjoy the good life — slow mornings, sunny naps, and a soft bed (or your couch, he’s not picky).
Basil is:
✅ Neutered
✅ Up to date on vaccines
✅ 4DX negative
✅ On preventatives
✅ Microchipped
He’s a people-loving guy who enjoys being near his humans and soaking up attention. Basil has lived with other dogs before and did well, but he can be a bit of a confident, dominant male when it comes to canine housemates. It’s been a few years since he’s shared his space, so a savvy adopter willing to follow a proper slow shutdown/acclimation period would set him up for success.
🐱 No cats for this boy.
Basil’s ideal home?
A family who understands that senior years are for comfort, companionship, and easy joy. Someone who will enjoy a daily walk with him and then let him snooze the afternoon away beside them. He’s earned that.
This sweet senior is ready to settle into his retirement chapter — maybe with you. 💙

We can only imagine what’s going through Stormy’s little brain as she sits out there staring into the yard… Maybe she’s daydreaming about chasing a squirrel… but honestly, she’s probably wondering why she hasn’t received a single application yet 💔

Stormy is now 4 months old and is the definition of a fun, goofy, energetic pittie puppy. She loves to play, explore, and be part of the action! She’s up to date on vaccines, on preventatives, microchipped, and spayed — she is all ready to move in with her forever family 🏡💕

Stormy’s ideal home would include:
🐕 A playful adult dog who enjoys puppy energy
👨‍👩‍👧 A family committed to continuing her training (she’s super smart and learns fast!)
🚫 Stormy prefers not to live with young or same-age puppies. After being constantly pushed around by her siblings, she’s decided “no thanks” to the rough baby crowd.

She’s a loving girl with so much potential — she just needs someone to see her and say, “That’s my dog.”
If that might be you, we’d love for you to apply 💌

Our boy Garcia is ready to begin his search for a foster-to-adopt home! 🐾

Garcia just turned 5 months old, and this is such an important stage for him to start bonding with what will become his forever family.

After doing a DNA test, we were very surprised to learn that Garcia is made up almost entirely of giant type dogs — meaning he’s likely to be 100+ pounds once fully grown! Because of this, we’d love to see him in a mastiff-type experienced home that understands the needs of a large, powerful, yet gentle pup.

Garcia is goofy by nature and loves all people — he just needs to build a bit more confidence as he continues to explore this big world. With structure, consistent training, and socialization, he’s going to grow into the amazing dog we know he’s meant to be.
We are looking for a foster-to-adopt home within an hour of the Lehigh Valley, incase he needs to go back to one of our vets before neuter. Foster time will be for a few months as he is not quite ready to lose his peanuts yet.

If you are interested in adopting Garcia, please visit our website www.outcastrescue.com

🐮 It's time for Moochi to find her forever 🐾

Meet Moochi — or as she’s affectionately known, Smoochy, Smoochi Moochi, Mooch the Pooch, Moo, Moo Cow, and her favorite… Baby Dog 💕
At around 8–9 months old, Moochi is ALL love. This girl even stops at her neighbor’s super scary Halloween decorations every day — wagging her tail and patiently waiting for pets from the creepy human statues 😅

Like any puppy, Moochi gets bursts of energy and a few zoomies here and there, but for the most part, she’s a chill little soul. She’s happy to chew on a bone, lounge beside you, and nuzzle her face right into you for snuggles. (We don’t call her Smoochi for nothing — she’s a big fan of kisses too! 💋)

Moochi is still working on becoming fully housebroken. She does great with frequent trips outside and a consistent schedule. She may have an occasional crate accident during the workday, but she sleeps soundly through the night in her crate. This sweet girl has been through a lot in her short life and continues to make progress every day.

She had good dog meets at the shelter, has been spayed, and we’ll continue to help her with socialization. Moochi hasn’t been cat-tested yet, but she adores kids and is the highlight of everyone’s morning at the bus stop 🚌❤️

Moochi would make a wonderful addition to any family. She’s the sweetest “baby dog” with so much love to give and just wants a cozy place — and person — to call her own. Visit our website to apply www.outcastrescue.com

💞 Welcome sweet Collette! 💞
A couple of weeks ago, we welcomed Collette into the rescue after she was released from a Lancaster puppy mill — no longer “useful” to them. 💔 This 4-year-old French Bulldog is now getting her very first taste of freedom, kindness, and love.
Collette came to us shy and unsure, but she’s quickly learning that gentle hands and soft voices can be trusted. She’s starting to enjoy belly rubs, sunny spots in the yard, and the company of her two foster dog friends. 🌞🐾
She’s working on her housebreaking (something that takes a little extra time for our mill moms who were never taught where to go) and every day she grows a bit braver.
Collette will be spayed in the coming weeks and then will be ready to find a forever family who will show her what unconditional love truly feels like. 💕
If you’d like to open your heart and home to this sweet girl, please visit www.outcastrescue.com to submit an adoption application.
