Went with Spiced Peach Preserves, it’s like cobbler in a jar! 🤤🤤🤤 This small batch with be available at the market! Quick update on that; really pushing for opening next month, however, when we planned family vacations a year ago, the market wasn’t even a thought, so, I’m figuring out how to fit everything together, including the garden that has taken off faster than I thought. Harvesting some basil today for pesto. Just 6 ingredients. 2 cups fresh basil leaves (no stems)2 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts2 large cloves garlic½ cup extra-virgin olive oil½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese1 tbsp fresh lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste 1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts or walnuts and garlic in a food processor and process until very finely minced. 2. With the machine running slowly dribble in the oil and process until the mixture is smooth. 3. Add the cheese and process very briefly, just long enough to combine.
