Trouble with nails.

I wanted to post this and show you why sometimes we can't successfully trim nails. This dog is the sweetest baby until it comes time for nails. Last time, we sent him home without his nails done, but the client complained and demanded that we do them anyway. We have a sling that we put them in, it has the same effect as a thunder shirt and normally calms the dogs. We also have a padded E Collar that prevents the pup from being able to bite us. Even despite our efforts to safely do this, 2 of our people ended up with open wounds on their arms from the dog scratching us. This client was upset that we put their pup in a sling (which is widely used in the grooming industry). I wanted our side of the story out before any rumors fly.
