In honor of you, we're expanding our hours to 10 AM to 10 PM effective immediately! 🕙🎉 That means more time to take care of your pets when they need us the most. Whether it’s an urgent care visit or vaccines, we’re here for you! 🐾💙💚
🐾 A quick reminder: We do accept walk-ins, but it's always a good idea to call ahead to check our capacity — especially after 8 PM, as we may not be able to accept incoming cases based on how busy we are. We want to make sure we can give every pet the care they deserve, and we don’t want to turn anyone away at the door. 🐾☎️

The holiday season is upon us, and we want to make sure your furry friends stay happy, healthy, and safe during all the festivities. Here are some important reminders as you prepare for Thanksgiving:

🐾 Boarding Your Pets?
If your pet will be staying at a boarding facility while you're away, now is the time to make sure their vaccines are up to date! We now offer walk-in vaccine services for your convenience. Don’t wait until the last minute – call us today to schedule or for more details.

🚗 Traveling with Your Pet?
If you're planning to travel with your pet, here are a few tips:

Pack essentials: Bring your pet’s food, water, medications, and any comfort items (blanket, toy, etc.).

ID check: Ensure your pet’s ID tags and microchip info are current.

Car safety: Secure your pet in the vehicle to prevent distractions – carriers or pet seatbelts work best!

Breaks & hydration: Take frequent breaks and keep your pet hydrated on long trips.

🍽️ Dangerous Foods to Avoid on Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving meals are often full of foods that can be harmful (or even toxic) to your pets! Here are a few to be extra cautious about:

Turkey bones: They can splinter and cause choking or digestive blockages.

Onions, garlic, and chives: These can be toxic to dogs and cats, leading to stomach issues or more serious conditions.

Cranberry sauce: Some recipes include xylitol, a sweetener that is toxic to pets.

Gravy: High-fat foods like gravy can upset your pet’s stomach and lead to pancreatitis.

As we gear up for a spooky night filled with fun and treats, let’s make sure our furry friends stay safe! Here are some quick Halloween pet safety tips:

🩵 Check Your Candy Bowl: Keep chocolate, sugar-free candies, and other sweets out of reach. They can be harmful to pets!

💚 Costume Cautions: If you’re dressing up your pet, ensure the costume is comfortable and doesn't restrict their movement or vision. Always do a trial run!

🩵 Pet ID: With all the commotion, it’s easy for pets to slip out. Make sure they have proper ID tags or microchips just in case!

💚 Keep Decorations Safe: Avoid using decorations that could be hazardous, like fake cobwebs or small decorations that could be ingested.
