Good morning! We are completely booked this weekend in our kennel as well as the week/weekend of July 4th. We have waitlists going for both this weekend and for July 4th. If you would like to be put on the waitlist please call as soon as possible as we go down that list in a first come first serve order. Summer is one of our business times of the year with everyone going on vacation. If you already know when you’re going on vacation please call in advance to make your reservations to ensure your pets a spot. Good afternoon! Just a reminder that there are no go homes today from boarding. All boarders will be able to go home tomorrow evening between 5-6 pm as we are closed for the holiday except for that hour in the afternoon. We do of course have staff there caring for the pets in our facility. We hope you all are having a safe weekend! ☀️

Good afternoon! We wanted to keep you updated on this upcoming Memorial Day Weekend. We are still booked and have a waitlist going. If you would like to be put on it please contact the clinic. We will be closed on Sunday (May 26th) with no go homes that evening. We will be doing our go homes Monday Evening (May 27th) from 5-6 PM. We will be closed that day except during that 5-6 PM time slot. We hope you all have a safe and blessed holiday weekend. Good afternoon. We would like to inform you that the internet and phones are currently down at the clinic with an estimated restoration time somewhere after 6 this evening. Good afternoon, We are currently in need of towels! We use towels for baths and they are used for our surgery tables. Any donations are much appreciated. Good morning! We will be experiencing some planned power outages at the clinic today. One here in about 40 minutes around moon and another later this evening. We apologize for any inconveniences. We are getting a new generator installed that will be extremely beneficial for the clinic and our patients and clients during power outages. It will make it possible for us to better serve you all during those trying times. Again, we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We will keep everyone informed as new information becomes available.

Noted to add, the power outages will only last about 15 minutes.

Update as of this morning everything is back up and running.

Update as of 5:00; restoration time will be around 8 this evening. We are of course open until 6 tonight and will have a doctor on call. We appreciate all of your patience today and being flexible with us. We will still be fielding inquiries as needed from here and we will update you all as soon as the internet and phones come back on.

Good morning Catoosa Small animal Community!
Due to the weather we will not be opening until around noon today. We have minimal staff who were able to make it in to the clinic this morning. If you have a hospitalized patient or are boarding a pet with us we will have staff there to take care of them and those pets can be picked up when we open at noon! If you have a surgery scheduled for today or a dental procedure we will be calling to reschedule you as soon as possible. If you have an emergency we recommend that you head over to the Animal Emergency Center if Tulsa. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we appreciate your understanding during this time. If you are traveling on the roads today please be safe and use caution. We hope you have a safe and blessed day.

This is a reminder that tomorrow 1/21/24 is Dr. Bob’s retirement celebration from 1-4. It’s come and go as you please. With the weather coming in we know it may be difficult to get in to pick up pets from boarding or hospitalized patients. We will still have staff on site during our pick up times to take care of you. If you are unable to get there due to weather we are of course able to keep your pets and care for them until you are able to pick them up. Hello Catoosa!
As many of you know, Dr. Bob Shoup has recently retired from the clinic after many wonderful years of dedication, compassion and love for this industry. We would like to invite you all to give him a proper send off this Sunday January 14th from 1-4 come and go as you please. No gifts please, Dr. Bob would just like to see all of the smiling faces of all his wonderful clients and people he has helped and cared for throughout his career. So please, come out and celebrate with us.
