As the owner of a business we need to accept all walks of life. But I will not tolerate insults and offensive language being directed to our staff members. Last week we had a customer send use some nasty messages to say the least via our booking system. Which not only were offensive but also inciting and my staff safety is number one. I made the decision to cancel their future bookings. The original review was about how we don’t know how to trim nails but they were willing to still book more appointments with us. Now they updated their review to what it says currently. They are using an alias on yelp to not display there name and leaving us negative reviews. This review does not represent how we operate and we treat everyone with care and respect. It’s very difficult to remove reviews off yelp and I’m currently trying to do so. We work really hard to provide great service. I’d ask of you if you’ve been to our shop please take a second to leave us a real review about your experience. Very appreciative Cesar
