Annual Christmas Raffle time! Enter your pup to win a My Pillow dog bed. Our Tilly has this brand of bed, and it is just wonderful.
Most years I will chose a dog related charity for the raffle proceeds to go to. This year, however, a need came up for my sister-in-law's horse Leo to have back surgery. I figured all your pups wouldn't mind pulling together to help a horse. Leo can actually "Stay" like a dog. I will copy Leo's story to the comments, if you are interests. The raffle entry instructions are below. ---- My pillow dog bed donated by Fur-Tastic Pups Dog Grooming, LLC

Drawing will take place the first weekend of December. The winning pup should have their bed by Christmas. Winner chooses color of bed.

$5 per entry. No limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase. All ticket fees go the Leo’s surgery fund.

The simplest way to enter is when you come to the salon for your dog's grooming appointment. Ticket purchases can be made via cash or check written to Hannah Atkins with the description of, “Leo’s Fundraiser.”

You can also donate directly to Leo via Go Fund Me at the link in the comments. It will be a little trickier to enter the drawing this way, but I know some of you will not be to the salon to donate before December. You must make sure your online donation is NOT anonyms. Then text Fur-Tastic Pups to let me know you donated. You will need to text me with the phone number you already communicate with me on that way I make sure that the correct person is being entered into the drawing.

Fur-Tastic Pups Dog Grooming, LLC has the goal to raise $1,000 of the $6,500 needed.

We've had our door to the doggie yard for several weeks now, and the pup's couldn't be happier. Augi and Fin had more fun running in and out than actually playing.

Mike Woodring with MW Construction LLC did an amazing job. He had to chop out a window and saw into the wall to build the door frame. I haven't had a single problem with the project and I know it was probably tricky to do. I'll share his business card in the comments.

Another HUGE thank you to Paulding County Economic Development and Paulding County Area Foundation, as they provided a micro business loan for this project.
