Today we are excited to announce the arrival of our newest member of the family. Our grandson was born at 4:43 this morning. Weighing in at 7 lbs, 10 ounces, and 19.5 inches long!

This is what a freshly laid egg looks like on the inside. As you can see, the blood vessels have are already formed and are visible.

Note:We have been candling eggs for many years from chickens to now snakes. This is a good way to check your eggs for fertility. However with this being said, we do not recommend doing it more than one time. Once there is an embryo formed (which we will strive to take a picture for you), we do not candle afterwards.
