End of series details.

Buckles will be awarded to the highest points earners in each class regardless of run count.

Saddle Classes: 30 RUNS are the first priority. Runs from the penning Friday and the sorting Saturday count towards your run totals. If there are not enough people from each rating to fill the saddle class, the next highest point earner with that rating will be allowed to buy their missing runs for $15 per run.

The entry fee for the #1- #4 rated riders saddle class is $60. This will be a 3 round class for all teams. The 1st place team will win saddles, second place team will win cash, and we will pay fast time each round.

The entry fee for the #5+ rated class is $75. This is an 8 person round robin. The 1st place rider will win a saddle second place cash, and we will pay 1 fast time for the class.

We look forward to another fun weekend and can't wait to see who wins these saddle!!

Points update!!

Couple things to keep in mind as we are coming to the end of the series:
*Youth buckles will be based on top 3 scores
*Rating buckles will be based on top 5 scores
*Saddle class 1-4….the top 5 total points in each rating 1-4 that have their *30 runs in will be entered into the saddle class. 4’s will draw 1’s & 3’s will draw 2’s. 3 round progressive. Top TEAM after 3 rounds each team mate receive a saddle.
*Saddle class 5+ the top 8 riders who have their *30 runs in will be entered into a ROUND ROBIN. The individual winner of the round robin receives the saddle.

Some of you got a sneak peak of the saddles this week….we are so excited to see who ends up with those!!

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to all of you for coming to pen & sort with us! What a great group of people. Everyone that was willing to jump in and help, the patience when we had to take some time to fix things, cheering each other on and all the positive vibes. The cattle were fresh and tough and we saw some great sorting. We had the perfect sized show. Thanks again for coming from near and FAR!! Without all of you this surely wouldn’t be possible 🤩

It’s going to be a warm one this weekend! There’s not much for shade so if you have a canopy bring it and you’re welcome to set it up on the bleachers or in the arena. It also cools off a lot at night so bring a jacket!

Sheridan Buckle Co knocked it out of the park with these custom buckles for our Blackjack Sorting Classes!! Come try your hand at winning one of the 4 of these buckles next Saturday June 1st! There will be two Blackjack classes a #7 HC & and Open. If you were at our show last year you know just how fun this class is. I’m excited to see if anyone can beat Brent Eldon Hafen and his speed counting abilities! 😂
